Ruddell is the first mate on the Brazen Pegasus, the ship captained by Captain Ortimay Swift and Dark. He acts as Ortimay's right hand man, getting the job done for whatever needs to happen. He has full confidence in his captain and will do whatever he can to see her succeed.
