​Frederica Baumann is a striking young woman with long, pale gold hair that cascades past her hips, complemented by emerald-green eyes. Standing at approximately 5 feet 11 inches tall, she possesses a slender yet muscular build, reflecting her physical strength. Her sharp teeth are a notable feature, hinting at her demi-human heritage. She is commonly seen wearing a traditional maid's attire, consistent with her role in the Roswaal household. ​ In her transformed state, Frederica takes on the appearance of a golden leopard, a form described as beautiful even by the People of Shudrak. This transformation underscores her demi-human lineage and combat capabilities.

Frederica maintains a strict demeanor, especially when training others, but deeply cares for those she mentors.​ She is fiercely protective of her loved ones and will not hesitate to place herself in danger to ensure their safety.

Born to a half-demi-human father and a human mother, Frederica and her younger brother, Garfiel, were raised in the Sanctuary. She left to serve as a maid in the Roswaal household, where she honed her combat skills and developed a strong sense of duty.
