Description
You create a protective shield of water around yourself or a creature you touch. This shield can absorb incoming magic projectiles, such as Magic Missile, Fire Bolt, or any ranged spell attack, neutralizing them entirely. The shield lasts for up to 1 minute or until it absorbs a total of 30 points of damage from magic projectiles. Additionally, you can choose to freeze the blood of a creature within range. The target must make a Constitution saving throw (DC 15). On a failed save, the target suffers 2d6 cold damage and is stunned until the start of your next turn. On a successful save, they take half damage and are not stunned.
