Description
You warp the air around you into dozens of high-speed, razor-sharp blades of wind that spiral and lash out unpredictably. Each creature of your choice within a 40-foot radius must make a Dexterity saving throw at the start of their turn. On a failed save, they take 8d10 slashing damage, or half as much on a success. The chaotic winds make ranged attacks through the area impossible, and the space is considered difficult terrain for all creatures except you and lasts for 1 turn.
