Description
You cause spectral flowers of ice to bloom from the open wounds of living creatures within a 20-foot-radius sphere centered on a point you choose within range. These chilling blossoms drain the life force of their hosts, feeding on blood and vitality. Each creature in the affected area must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, spectral ice flowers latch onto their wounds. They take 6d8 cold damage and 6d8 necrotic damage immediately. When cast using a 9th-level slot, the initial damage increases by 2d8 for both cold and necrotic damage, and the radius starts at 30 feet.
