What was once a single city has now expanded to most of Faerun in this High Fantasy adventure of magic, technology, and secrets to uncover!

Now expanded and reimagined for deeper exploration and immersive play. Waterdeep: The City of Splendors is your main gateway to the other famous Sword Coast locations like Baldur's Gate, Neverwinter, the Moonsea Region, and even the distant reaches of the Outer Planes. While Waterdeep remains the heart of the experience, its surrounding territories are available for those bold enough to venture beyond the city walls. This adaptation builds upon official Forgotten Realms lore, but introduces both minor and major changes to support a more engaging and open-ended campaign. For example, the characters from Baldur’s Gate 3 are playable, but have been recontextualized to exist in Waterdeep rather than Baldur’s Gate. Content is designed for compatibility with Waterdeep: Dragon Heist, Dungeon of the Mad Mage, and a host of original plot hooks waiting to be uncovered across the city’s alleys, taverns, towers, and catacombs. You’re free to explore at your own pace, shape the world as you see fit, or lose yourself in the layered politics, mysteries, and magic of the world. Description

The Pink Flumph theater in Waterdeep's Castle Ward showcases a variety of plays in afternoon and evening sessions. Its façade boasts a vibrant sign and posters for featured shows. Inside, a red carpet leads to a lobby adorned with wooden mannequins dressed as iconic characters. Entrance to the auditorium is through two ticket booths, while backstage features seven dressing rooms, a prop storage wing, a stage manager's office, and a green room. The auditorium seats 140 in cushioned comfort, with a wooden stage rising 5 feet, framed by a grand red curtain. Enchanted lanterns provide adjustable lighting, enhancing the atmosphere. Admission costs 1 shard, attracting audiences of 20 to 200. Notable performers like Yaliek Iltizmar grace the stage, and whispers suggest the theater may conceal the entrance to the fabled Vault of Dragons, though this is false.
