Description
Limsa Lominsa is a vibrant city built atop the remnants of the great ship Galadion, where sailors and pirates thrive. The city features two distinct levels: the upper decks, home to upscale establishments and the elite of the pirate world, and the bustling lower decks, serving as a marketplace and port, all seemingly floating on the shimmering waters. They are a thalassacracy, with the admiral having sweeping powers over the state. The admiral is decided by a maritime race every seven years, with the captain of the winning crew being named admiral.
