Description
Tuliyollal is a vibrant city that ascends the slopes of a majestic mountain, connecting its bustling coastal harbor to the grand palace at its peak. The city is a melting pot of cultures from all over Tural, reflecting the unity forged by its founder, Gulool Ja Ja, a two headed mamool ja, eighty years ago. He is known by his people as the dawnservant. Note to Franz: Portray the culture as a blend of Mayan, Aztec and Mexican culture. Foods like tacos and margaritas are common. It is upbeat and exciting with very few troubles. People are happy, content and full of energy. Elezen, lalafell, roegadyn, and Au Ra are extremely rare to see.
