A massive open palace set on floating landmasses, the Palace of the Cloud of Darkness is located on the Thirteenth reflection of Hydaelyn. It features no true walls, only a floor and towering pillars that provide breathtaking views of an endless world consumed by darkness. The palace ascends from lower levels to higher ones, culminating in a transporter that leads to a spherical black cloud above, where powerful voidsent reside, fiercely loyal to the Cloud of Darkness.
The palace is ethereal and haunting, with dark stone pillars rising into the purple and black void, surrounded by swirling shadows. The architecture is comparable to ancient Greek architecture. It is made up of several islands, traveling from one to the next requires transport through the various portals which each are guarded by a powerful voidsent.
