A three-foot-tall Lalafell wearing a black hooded robe, Cocobuki has fair skin and reddish eyes. He has a bandage covering one eye, adding to his mysterious appearance. His attire reflects his status as a guildmaster, with intricate designs that signify his mastery of thaumaturgy.

Cocobuki is a stoic and responsible figure, often taking on the burdens of his family while maintaining a professional demeanor. He is private and reserved, preferring to keep his personal life separate from his work. However, he is deeply passionate about his family, and when provoked, he can experience emotional outbursts that leave him feeling embarrassed.

At twenty-three, Cocobuki is the eldest of six siblings of Dunesfolk ancestry. All are masters of the Thaumaturges' Guild, save for the youngest. In accordance with the sultana's will, they did much to calm the populace when riots broke out in the streets during the Calamity. For these acts, they were named guildmasters and successors to the former leader, a disgraced man named Mumuepo, convicted of embezzlement. Cocobuki assumes the role of a parental figure to his younger brothers, taking on the responsibility for their misadventures. A private person by nature, he takes great effort in keeping his familial life separated from his work. Upholding a stoic presence of professionalism, personal strife, especially involving his youngest brother, Busi, impassions him to outburst, resulting in his great embarrassment.
