Enthrall

Leviathan can target up to three creatures within 60 feet. Each target must succeed on a DC 22 Wisdom saving throw or become charmed by Leviathan for 1 minute. While charmed, the target is incapacitated and cannot regain hit points.

Tidal Wave

Leviathan unleashes a massive wave of water in a 60-foot line that is 20 feet wide. Each creature in that line must make a DC 22 Strength saving throw, taking 70 (20d6) bludgeoning damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

Whirlpool

Leviathan creates a swirling vortex of water in a 30-foot radius centered on a point he can see within 120 feet. Creatures in the area must succeed on a DC 22 Strength saving throw or be pulled 30 feet toward the center and take 35 (10d6) cold damage.
