Description

The Ochu is a carnivorous plant that uses its alluring scent to attract prey, then strikes with its powerful vines to incapacitate them. Found in the forested regions of Aldenard, it is known for its unique ability to consume its victims over time, making it a dangerous predator in its habitat.

Lure Odor

The Ochu emits a sickly-sweet or rotten odor in a 30-foot radius. Creatures within this area must succeed on a DC 12 Wisdom saving throw or be drawn to the Ochu, moving towards it on their next turn.

Vine Strike

The Ochu lashes out with one of its vines, making a melee attack against a target within 10 feet. On a hit, the target takes 2d8 bludgeoning damage and must succeed on a DC 13 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone.
