Description

Hypertuned are grotesque humanoid creatures, transformed by the Garlean Empire's experiments with aether. They serve as conduits for aetherial energy, drawing it from one source and transferring it to another, often leaving devastation in their wake. They were created as part of the Garlean Empire's research into the phenomon known as the "echo".

Actions

Aetheric Surge

The Hypertuned channels aetherial energy to unleash a wave of force in a 30-foot radius. Each creature in that area must make a DC 16 Constitution saving throw, taking 45 (10d8) force damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

Multi-Attack

The Hypertuned makes two fist attacks.
