Description
Perched high above the bustling streets of Ul'dah, the Chamber of Rule serves as the political heart of the city. Here, the Syndicate members engage in heated debates and power plays, while the Sultana, though present, remains a mere figurehead amidst the chaos of ambition and influence.
Appearance
The chamber is adorned with opulent decorations, featuring a grand meeting table at its center surrounded by lavishly carved chairs. Rich tapestries hang from the walls, depicting the history of Ul'dah, while large windows offer a panoramic view of the city below, casting a golden light across the room.
