Description
Noumenon is a grand repository of knowledge, housing both common and arcane texts. The upper floors welcome scholars and adventurers alike, while the lower levels, shrouded in secrecy, require the prestigious mark of the Archon for access. The forbidden sections, known only to the Forum's elite, contain the most dangerous and powerful tomes, guarded by ancient wards and constructs.
Appearance
The exterior of Noumenon is an imposing structure of stone and glass, adorned with intricate carvings depicting scenes of knowledge and enlightenment. Inside, the air is thick with the scent of aged parchment, and the soft glow of enchanted lamps illuminates rows upon rows of towering bookshelves.
