Description
Skjoldheim, known as 'The Shield-Home of the King', is a fortified settlement where the River Varkna meets the rugged terrain. This village thrives on the craftsmanship of its warriors and blacksmiths, with large forges ringing the market square, where trade flourishes. The surrounding pine forests and jagged rocks provide both resources and natural defenses, while the cold farmlands sustain its people. Thick wooden palisades, reinforced with iron bands, encircle the village, complemented by watchtowers and hidden runestones that protect against magical threats.
