Description

All creatures within a 30-foot radius must make a Wisdom saving throw or be frightened for 1 minute. While frightened in this way, creatures are incapacitated and have their speed reduced to 0. A frightened creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on a success.
