Deep Space Nine is a space station near the planet Bajor, built by the imperialistic Cardassians during their long, brutal occupation of Bajor. After liberating themselves through a guerrilla war, the Bajorans invite the United Federation of Planets to jointly administer the station. The station is renamed Deep Space Nine, and a mixed Starfleet and Bajoran crew is assigned to manage it, led by Commander Benjamin Sisko.

This spell allows you to communicate telepathically with the target for the duration, sharing thoughts and feelings without the need for spoken words. Betazoid characters always have this ability.

Psionic Blast
Unleash a wave of psychic energy that damages and disorients your enemies. Targets must make a saving throw or suffer psychic damage and be stunned for one round.
