Gloob, a plasmoid, was once a wandering entity, exploring the remnants of the world and absorbing knowledge from the environment. Recently recruited by the precinct, Gloob aims to bridge the gap between the affluent and the slums, using their unique abilities to navigate both worlds and enforce justice.
