Originally known as the first Kenpachi, she was a bloodthirsty warrior unmatched in combat. Later, she adopted a new identity as a healer and took command of the 4th Division, dedicating herself to healing rather than harming. Despite her peaceful front, she remains one of the most dangerous individuals in Soul Society.
