Description
A dense, shadowy district in the city controlled by a ruthless cartel, known for its illicit trade and underground dealings. The area is marked by a tense atmosphere, with cartel enforcers patrolling the streets and secretive dealings in every corner. On the east they are fighting the military group called the Iron Vanguard.
