Description
A gritty urban district controlled by the Vultures biker gang, who maintain a tense peace with the Iron Vanguard and sporadically clash with the local cartel. The area features a central park transformed into a biker coliseum for contests and gatherings.
Appearance
The district is marked by graffiti-covered walls, roaring motorcycles, and makeshift barricades. The coliseum in the park is a circular arena of dirt and metal, surrounded by bleachers made from salvaged materials, with banners of the Vultures fluttering overhead.
