Description
Basilisks are draconid creatures originally hailing from Zerrikania and bred in the North. They are known for causing havoc as they terrorize local communities with their deadly abilities. With birdlike beaks and webbed wings, they have razor-sharp teeth and hooked talons, supplemented by crimson dewlaps that make them look both fierce and majestic. Their poisonous breath can be deadly, and despite popular myth, they cannot turn beings to stone with their gaze. Basilisks are territorial hunters, often lurking in dark, damp environments like caves or sewers, and they are quick to pounce on unsuspecting intruders.
