Description
It neighbors Norchapel and Sow's Foot, though the borders of each region are regularly debated.
Appearance
The neighborhood is home to a sizable community of gnomes, many of whom work as tinsmiths within the city. As with many Outer City districts, Whitkeep has a problem with gang crime. The group known as Ganthall's Gallants regularly steals from Whitkeep's residents, but never targets women.
