Description
It is known as the quietest of the Outer City districts.
Appearance
Its tenement buildings surround the walled district of Little Calimshan. As with many Outer City neighborhoods, Norchapel is home to many laborers and criminal gang members. Despite its rough edges, there is an unspoken home truce among rival gangs. They keep their conflicts away from the neighborhood to maintain safety for their families and neighbors.
