Description
A civilian is any person who is not a member of the military, law enforcement, or any government service directly involved in defense or public safety. Civilians typically work in various professions across private or public sectors and live under the protection of government laws and security forces. Unlike soldiers or law enforcement personnel, civilians are not involved in combat or policing duties and are considered non-combatants during times of conflict.
