Description
When the Phantom was first pushed out to the world, many countries adopted and adapted the designs to their own needs. The Soviet MiG-21 was built off the bones of the F-4R Phantoms, stripping a fair bit of the armor to focus more on the aerodynamics and output of the jump units. Like the Phantom, the MiG-21 Balalaika was produced in such mass by the Soviet powers, that its nearly as prolific. Abundant in its continued use and easy to both find parts for and perform maintenance on.
