A thriving metropolis with tall skyscrapers set in a 1920's magic steampunk era.

Author's Note: Multiple crime families control portions of the city with each one trying to out do the others for control. -The Iron Boys: A crime family that started gaining power during the construction of the city. They have been around since the cities founding and use brute force and numbers to control their territory -South District Fangs: The controllers of the drug and moonshiner routes into and out of the city. -The White Gloves: A neutral faction that is hired by every high end business and building in the city as bellhops. With a faction of magic users who have fallen into the role of peacekeepers the White Gloves have one guild memeber standing vigilant at every entrance waiting to hold the door for patrons and remove ruffians if need be where they are hired. -The Foundation: A faction of the New Applacia elite who believe it is their duty and right to control the flow of money and power in the city. The Foundation runs all the top end gambling dens and clubs in town as well as a large portion of the sex trade. -Sirens Lullaby: A faction that has their hands in every district of the city. Sirens Lullaby controls the slave market in New Applacia as well as a significant amount of the sex market. Sirens Lullaby has brothels and bars as well as poor houses and soup kitchens under their perview. They will use whatever means to pull someone off the street and sell them where they will make the most profit.

Black Port Docks

The port docks where all the cargo from sea ships enters the city. Many gruff men and criminal enterprises use this location to traffic a variety of products including but not limited to drugs, alcohol, slaves, furniture, and other commercial goods. This area serves as a hub for illicit activities and has a direct line to the Inventors Forge Industrial District. Many warehouses inhabit this area where cargo from the ships is stored.

Crawhammer Manor

A luxurious manor belonging to Baron Crawhammer, the President of the First New Appalacia Bank, showcasing the grandeur of New Appalacia architecture.

Enchantress Midnight Carnival

A large carnival where all kinds of mysterious and macabre entertainment is on showcase for those that care to enter. The ringmaster, a woman who simply goes by Jester, leads the hodgepodge of characters in a show with monsters and animals to wow the masses and put some magic and mystery in the city of New Applacia.

First New Appalacia Bank

The First New Appalacia Bank is a large 20-story skyscraper with a statue of a man holding a golden globe on the roof. It controls most of the money flow through the city as well as precious commodities and safety deposit boxes.

Great Oak Tree

An enormous oak tree where most of the pixies in the city call home. The tree helps sustain the rest of the forest in central park with an unknown magical energy.

Lobo's Den

Lobo's Den is the headquarters of the South District Fangs, a ruthless gang vying for control of the city. Led by Horacio Lobo, a vicious Beastman, the gang specializes in smuggling drugs, alcohol, and illicit substances into the city, using street peddlers to distribute their wares across the urban landscape.

Skyport Customs and Baggage Claim

The building where all those that fly into the city from out of town land and get their luggage checked. They can get a drink at the bar or other restaurants while waiting on their flights out of the city.

The Celestial Parlor

The Celestial Parlor is a high end Jazz and Big Band club where Lacy Chicago is the Prima Donna of the show. All walks of life show up here to have a strong drink and watch excellent entertainers show off to the masses. Crime family bosses frequent here to enjoy the entertainment, make deals and potentially recruit for their respective enterprises.

The Crushing Cog Coliseum

The Crushing Cog Coliseum is a place where people watch fights between slaves, prisoners, and monsters, and bet on the outcome of the fights. Built to hold thousands of people, The Cog is a place where a large portion of the gold in the city exchanges hands, other than the First New Applacia Bank. Blood and gore forever stains the sand in the middle of the coliseum from all the people that have died there over the decades of the construction of this city. The Cog is located near the docks where monsters, slaves, drugs, and other contraband flow into and out of the city.

The Iron Griffon

A mid class bar with a steady clientele where one might go to get information for a job.
