Enshrined within its borders is the powerful Elimine Church, drawing numerous pilgrims and scholars. Governed by a monarchy, Etruria boasts a distinguished military hierarchy led by the Mage General, Knight General, and Great General. It is also the custodian of legendary artifacts like Elimine's own weapons, Aureola and the Staff of the Saint, which are said to hold immense power.
Ilia
Ilia is an icy country located north of Sacae founded by the hero Barigan, and is consequently the location of Maltet. It is very similar to real-world Siberia, which is covered in harsh and relatively barren tundra. Because the climate inhibits farming, most all income is gained from mercenary work for other countries. It is the native country of pegasi, and since pegasi only allow female riders, many of Ilia's mercenaries are female pegasus knights, of which it is famous for. Ilia's mercenaries are also known for their strong loyalty to their employers.
Lycia
The Lycian League is a historic kingdom located in the heart of Elibe, characterized by its diverse territories known as marches, each governed by noble houses. With its rich history founded by the legendary hero Roland, Lycia stands as a testament to strength, unity, and the noble houses that anchor its political structure. House Ostia, the most prestigious of the marches, wields significant influence over the kingdom, guiding its policies and conflicts.
Nabata Desert
The vast Nabata Desert sprawls across the Missur Peninsula in southwestern Elibe, characterized by rolling dunes and scorching sun. Scattered throughout this arid expanse are hidden oases and nomadic brigands who thrive in its harsh conditions, while the city of Arcadia stands as a solitary bastion of civilization amidst the endless sands. Historical whispers speak of Athos of the Eight Legends, who once roamed these desert lands, a secret known to only a select few.
Ostia
Ostia, the largest and most powerful of the Lycian League's territories, stands proudly as a symbol of strength and unity. Nestled close to the border of Etruria to the west and bordered by the realms of Thria and Worde to the south and east, it is governed by a marquess who is the traditional leader of the League. The city thrives with a bustling marketplace, fortified walls, and grandiose architecture that reflects its importance in the region. Its current Marquess is Hector.
Pherae
Pherae, nestled in the southeastern expanse of Lycia, boasts a harmonious blend of rolling grasslands, verdant forests, and proud mountains. Peace has reigned here for generations, nurtured by strong alliances with neighboring regions like Ostia and Santaruz. The serene beauty of Pherae is complemented by its proximity to the shimmering sea to the south, providing both sustenance and a strategic advantage. Eliwood is the current Marquess of Pherae.
Sacae
Sacae is a vast and open expanse of grassland, home to nomadic tribes that traverse its plains, with the occasional settlement emerging amidst the rolling hills. While it has no central government, the resilient spirit of its people thrives in the face of bandit raids originating from the bordering mountains to the north and south. This unique land embodies a tapestry of culture influenced by its tribal traditions and the harsh battles against intruders.
The Kingdom of Bern
The Kingdom of Bern is a formidable monarchy located on the eastern side of Elibe, bordered by the vast terrains of Sacae and Lycia. Known for its majestic mountains that cradle the coastline, Bern is steeped in a rich history as the homeland of wyverns, which serve as mounts for a significant portion of its military. At the heart of the kingdom lies the capital city of Bern, home to the revered Shrine of Seals where two fabled Divine Weapons rest, surrounded by a landscape of natural beauty and fortified elegance.
