Here, the blend of human architecture and dragon lairs creates a unique harmony, marked by the vibrant colors of the desert and the occasional flicker of dragon fire illuminating the night sky.

Bulgar serves as the largest city and de facto capital of Sacae, renowned for its vibrant marketplace and diverse clan presence. Once a freely governed city, it has transformed under Bern's control, but still maintains its cultural richness as a trade hub connecting Ilia, Bern, and Etruria. The city's bustling streets are filled with merchants, travelers, and locals from various clans, making it a melting pot of traditions and stories.

Castle Ostia stands as a formidable seat of power for the March of Ostia, its towering stone walls brimming with history and majesty. The castle's immense gate opens to a bustling courtyard filled with guards and traders, while the sound of clanging metal echoes from the armory. Inside, lavish tapestries depict the history of the realm, and the grand throne room is adorned with glittering chandeliers that cast a warm glow over the rich furnishings.
