A 20 ft radius sphere of whirling purple blood infused by overworldly energies, each creature in the area must make in a intelligence saving throw, on fail the creature take 12d10 psychic damage and 8d6 necrotic damage, or half that much damage on success

Hypnotic gaze

Glazeira can fix her gaze on one creature she can see within 60 feet. The target must succeed on a DC 28 Wisdom saving throw or be charmed for 1 minute. While charmed in this way, the target is incapacitated and can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns.

3 blood lash atacks, 1 of them can be replaced with Hypnotic gaze or blood whirl if available
