Felix grew up in the chaotic environment of New Vance, where he quickly learned to adapt and survive. His fascination with explosives began when he stumbled upon a cache of old military munitions. Since then, he has honed his skills, becoming the go-to explosives expert for the raiders in the Scorch Pit. Despite his brilliance, his unstable nature often leads to unpredictable outcomes, making him both a valuable asset and a potential liability.
