Rusting machinery and remnants of production still linger, offering valuable scrap and hidden caches for those brave enough to explore its depths. This is within the Gear Rats Territory. The Gear Rats, born from the scrap heaps and rusted machinery of the Rust Belt, are a brutal gang that thrives on the city's decay. Their leader, a hulking figure known only as "Cog"

The foundry is a sprawling mass of twisted metal and broken concrete, with large, rusted gears and pipes jutting out at odd angles. Weeds and vines have begun to reclaim the space, weaving through the remnants of machinery, while the air is thick with the scent of rust and decay.
