Appearance

This formidable creature towers over the landscape, with sinewy, muscled arms, each one ending in a claw capable of rending stone. Its many faces twist and contort, reflecting a myriad of emotions ranging from fury to sorrow. The skin of the Hecatoncheire is craggy and reminiscent of ancient mountains, covered in scars from countless battles and adorned with natural adornments like vines and moss.

Actions

Earthquake Slam

The Hecatoncheire slams its hundred arms into the ground, causing a localized earthquake. All creatures within a 100-foot radius must make a DC 20 Dexterity saving throw or take 60 (10d10) bludgeoning damage and be knocked prone.

Multi-Arm Attack

The Hecatoncheire can make up to five melee attacks using its massive arms, each dealing 20 (3d10 + 6) bludgeoning damage. It can target different creatures or the same creature with all attacks.

Terrifying Roar

The Hecatoncheire lets out a fearsome roar. All creatures within 120 feet must succeed on a DC 22 Wisdom saving throw or become frightened for 1 minute. Creatures can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of their turns.
