In human form, a lycanthrope appears as a rugged individual with untamed hair, sharp features, and a wild demeanor, often wearing tattered clothing that reflects their druidic connection to nature. In their beast form, they grow massive, muscular frames covered in thick fur, with gleaming eyes, razor-sharp teeth, and claws that can tear through flesh with ease.
Bite
Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 10 (2d6 + 3) piercing damage. The target must succeed on a DC 14 Constitution saving throw or be cursed with lycanthropy.
Claws
Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 8 (1d8 + 4) slashing damage.
Multiattack
The lycanthrope makes two attacks: one with its bite and one with its claws.
Shapechanger
The lycanthrope magically polymorphs into a wolf-humanoid hybrid or back into its true form, which is a humanoid or wolf form. Its statistics remain the same in each form. Any equipment it is wearing or carrying isn’t transformed.
