Ladon has eight sinuous heads, each with piercing green eyes, and a body that stretches for dozens of feet, covered in glistening, gold-tinted scales. Its long, serpentine form gives it the ability to coil protectively around the treasures it guards, while its powerful wings allow for swift movement through the skies when threatened.
Bite
Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 27 (4d10 + 5) piercing damage.
Breath Weapon (Recharge 5-6)
Ladon exhales a stream of golden fire in a 60-foot line that is 5 feet wide. Each creature in that line must make a DC 18 Dexterity saving throw, taking 70 (20d6) fire damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
Claw
Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 20 (3d8 + 6) slashing damage.
Guardianship
Ladon may choose to enact a magical binding that causes one creature within 60 feet to become enchanted, forcing them to protect the Hesperides' treasures at all costs. The creature must succeed on a DC 18 Wisdom saving throw or be compelled to act against their allies until released.
Multiattack
Ladon can make three attacks: one with its bite and two with its claws.
