The Arc-Wraith targets one creature it can see within 60 feet. The target must succeed on a DC 16 Wisdom saving throw or be charmed for 1 minute. While charmed, the target takes 2d6 psychic damage at the start of each of its turns.

Electromagnetic Pulse

The Arc-Wraith releases a wave of electromagnetic energy in a 30-foot radius. All electronic devices within this area malfunction, and creatures must succeed on a DC 16 Constitution saving throw or take 4d10 lightning damage and be stunned until the end of their next turn.
