The Bloody Puppeteer is a sinister manipulator who wields the power to control the dead through invisible threads of his own blood. With the ability to revive corpses and sew on new limbs, he commands an army of the fallen, but risks his own life as the more he controls, the more he bleeds, and fire can sever his connection to his puppets.
