Now, it is inhabited by the 'Penitents', eerie creatures with their mouths turned outward, whispering forgotten curses. At the center lies the 'Reverse Swallowing Altar', where offerings of flesh may grant the voice of the goddess, though the truth of her words remains uncertain.

The ziggurat is a grotesque structure, its surface a mosaic of bones and decay, with an unsettling aura. The air is thick with whispers, and the altar glows faintly, inviting yet foreboding.
