A hauntingly beautiful yet deadly location, the Mushroom Widow's Den is dominated by a massive carnivorous mushroom resembling a pale woman draped in a blanket of mold. Its spores induce a deep, unending sleep in those who inhale them, causing victims to sprout mushrooms and become part of the grotesque garden surrounding the den. Nearby, the ground is littered with large, unhatched eggs, hinting at the presence of a much larger creature lurking in the shadows.

The den is a surreal sight, with the towering mushroom standing at least 15 feet tall, its cap resembling a woman's face, while the surrounding area is thick with a mist of spores. The ground is covered in various fungi, some glowing faintly in the dim light, and the air is heavy with a sweet, cloying scent that masks the danger within.
