Description
Cave-trolls are bred to fight and hunt deep under the earth. They have dark greenish skin covered with tight, robust scales, and are shorter than other trolls, often advancing on all fours. These creatures are feared for their ferocity and strength, lurking in the shadows of mountains and hills, rarely seen in sunlight.

Greatclub
Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 10 (2d4 + 5) bludgeoning damage. If the target is Medium or smaller, it must succeed on a DC 16 Strength save to avoid being knocked prone.
Multiattack
The Cave-troll makes two melee attacks, only one of which can be with its bite. It can use its Strike Fear instead of its bite.
Strike Fear
Each non-undead creature of the Cave-troll's choice within 60 feet that is aware of it must make a DC 16 Charisma saving throw. On a failed save, the target becomes frightened for 1 minute, and if the save fails by 5 or more, the target is also stunned while frightened.
