Fallout: Algonquin

The Algonquian Wasteland in 2297 is a fragmented, harsh, and deeply isolated land. The grand ambitions of previous decades have crumbled, replaced by a desperate struggle for local survival. The shadows of the Old World loom large, not as a source of knowledge, but as a collection of dangerous ruins, misinterpreted legends, and the root of the land's enduring contamination. This is a setting ripe for tales of survival, exploration, and the difficult choices made when the wasteland calls.

TypeRuined Lakeside Town and Marshland
Description

Keswick was once a bustling lakeside town, now mostly ruined and partially submerged in the sprawling Maskinonge Marsh formed by the Maskinonge River. The area is marked by dilapidated pre-war buildings sinking into the marshy ground, with makeshift scrap bridges connecting drier patches amid the treacherous wetlands.

Appearance

Crumbling homes and businesses lean unevenly, their foundations swallowed by muck. The marsh is dense with reeds and stagnant water, while the air is thick with dampness and the pervasive stench of decay, reflecting the minimal influence of the G.E.C.K. and the deep scars left on the land.
