Post-Apocalyptic
The Algonquian Wasteland in 2297 is a fragmented, harsh, and deeply isolated land. The grand ambitions of previous decades have crumbled, replaced by a desperate struggle for local survival. The shadows of the Old World loom large, not as a source of knowledge, but as a collection of dangerous ruins, misinterpreted legends, and the root of the land's enduring contamination. This is a setting ripe for tales of survival, exploration, and the difficult choices made when the wasteland calls.

Description
Kingston is a semi-occupied, gothic-ruined city in the Eastern Marches, caught between the Brotherhood of Steel, local resistance, river pirates, and mutated threats. Its pre-war limestone buildings and key landmarks like Fort Reliance, the Penitentiary, and St. Mary's Cathedral create a tense, martial atmosphere with ongoing skirmishes and guerrilla warfare.
Appearance
The city features imposing limestone ruins with gothic architecture, including a towering cathedral spire and a massive penitentiary. The Great Cataraqui River and St. Lawrence Seaway are shrouded in toxic fog, while fortified military bases and barricaded causeways dominate the landscape, interspersed with rusting shipyards and flooded chambers.
