A young male Vault Dweller in his early 20s, Bo has a healthier complexion than typical wastelanders, though recent events have left him looking more worn. He wears a practical GBDC scout uniform made of sturdy fabrics, good boots, and some salvaged light armor pieces over a faded Vault 50 undershirt. His eyes reflect a mix of shock, fear, and a dawning understanding of the harsh realities of the world.

Beau is curious and idealistic, but the recent ambush has shaken his worldview. He is determined to learn from his experiences and grow stronger, though he struggles with feelings of fear and inadequacy. He is compassionate and values the lives of others, often putting their needs before his own.

Jonah Beaulieu was born and raised within the relative safety and G.E.C.K.-enhanced prosperity of 'New Eden,' the community founded by the dwellers of Vault 50. Growing up on tales of the 'Old World' from Vault archives and the 'Savage Surface' from veteran Wardens, Bo developed a romanticized and somewhat naive curiosity about life beyond New Eden's borders. Recently coming of age, Bo joined a GBDC scouting/trade expedition heading south to map new routes and establish contact with more distant, minor settlements. This was meant to be a 'milk run,' an initiation into surface life, but their experienced escorts underestimated the Bay Rats' desperation or cunning.
