About 0.5 inches tall, Gnats are small and dumb. Weak too, but reprodouce fast and stick to large groups. They're herbivores, so not inclined to fighting, but tend to attack other flying bugs for unknown reasons. If you fly, avoid them, if not, then they pose no threat.
