Author's Note: If a notable canon character appears without others from the same series or arc, simply reference them in the area with as much detail as possible—context is key. Richer descriptions make encounters more immersive. If you want to face the strongest, you'll need to be strong. The best way to enhance your stats is by incorporating weapon and item bonuses, which can also be used to reflect racial enhancements. I'll leave the specific numbers to your discretion, but feel free to scale them based on the narrative or encounter difficulty. Treat Devil Fruit abilities and racial traits as spells, especially when they grant unique or high-impact effects. Similarly, if your Haki evolves or carries special characteristics, consider modeling it as a higher-level spell or technique—use the Yonkō as a baseline for high-tier examples. Since there's relatively little canon information on the West Blue and North Blue, those regions are perfect for fleshing out AU content and original setups. Expand creatively—lost islands, rogue marine factions, ancient civilizations—whatever fits your world. Additionally, there are a few non-canon characters from my crew scattered across the world, based on my personal campaign playthrough. Feel free to include them organically within regions or arcs. Each pair of strikes becomes heavier and faster, echoing like tolling bells in a dying temple. The final set of four strikes ruptures internal spirit channels, drawing out the opponent’s vital force and unraveling their will. The culmination releases a thunderous necrotic blast, scattering foes like ashes in a storm, while sealing the powers of those who channel great force.

R’tari channels his necrotic power to conjure animated effigies of himself, sculpted from dense vapor-like necro energy. These mirages mimic his fighting style, delivering brutal strikes that launch opponents across the battlefield, creating a continuous volley of concussive impacts that can disorient and batter foes.

A defensive cyclone of necrotic energy that halts close-range attacks and disorients foes. R’tari channels death aura through his body, creating a choking mist that batters weaker enemies and challenges stronger foes to anchor themselves, exposing them to the full force of the necrotic current.

Overheat Burst

Overheat Burst

Channel the god within to erupt in a 20 ft radius burst of flame and molten metal, dealing fire and force damage. Enemies must make a Strength save or be knocked prone and disarmed as metal objects briefly melt. Allies gain +1 AC from a forged aura for 1 minute.

Reforge Essence

Instantly repairs a broken magical weapon or armor, restoring it to full functionality. Once per long rest, allows the fusion of two magical items into a single hybrid item, combining their stats and effects as determined by the DM.

With this technique a translucent wire, both elastic and highly durable, is attached to a shuriken, making it possible to alter its path after having thrown it. An expert will have the ability to freely glide the shuriken in any direction with just a single movement of their fingertip. The first attack, challenging the enemy, is avoided and after a time-lag of several seconds, it will come from behind. Depending on the performance, the possible tactics can be infinite.

Then, they have to deal with the path of the lower, unnoticed shuriken. However, if the enemy notices both shuriken, the technique ends up losing all of its efficiency.

This spell can be learned by most practitioners of martial techniques, and with practice, it can be mastered to achieve near-instantaneous movement.

Kami-e allows the caster to transform their body into a paper-like state, granting them extraordinary flexibility and the ability to float on the wind. While in this form, the caster can contort and bend their body to avoid attacks, making them difficult to hit and allowing for graceful movement through the air.

This spell allows the caster to tap into their inner willpower, granting them enhanced abilities based on the type of Haki they choose to manifest.
