Description
The Under City, a sprawling metropolis hidden beneath the ruins of the Megacity, boasts a thriving community despite its dilapidated origins. Comprised of the remnants of the Original City from ancient times, it is a vibrant hub where various races coexist, ruled by the Four Major Gangs that wield immense power, forcing the Empire to negotiate a ceasefire. Here, shady activities flourish, with sections reminiscent of a Las Vegas atmosphere, complete with gambling dens, all while being deemed far safer than the chaotic Outer City above.
