The Elder Scrolls: Tamriel real

Marshlight lies far south of Southpoint Crossing, deep within the Nibenay Basin’s sprawling wetlands. Isolated and surrounded by dense marshes and slow-moving waters, the village is known for its skilled alchemists who harvest rare herbs and fungi from the marshlands. Fishing is also a primary livelihood, with villagers crafting unique lures and traps for the abundant aquatic life. The village gets its name from the mysterious, glowing fenlights that appear across the marshes at night, often believed to be will-o’-the-wisps or magical phenomena tied to ancient Ayleid ruins submerged beneath the waters. While the village offers sanctuary to travelers, many are wary of the strange occurrences and whispered tales of lost souls wandering the marshes after dark.
