This 12"x6"x6" wooden box (4 lbs., floats) can store items and has three command words. As an action, one word turns it into a 10 ft. rowboat (holds 4 Medium creatures). The second transforms it into a 24 ft. ship (holds 15 Medium creatures). Each includes oars, anchor, mast, and sail. The third word folds it back into a box—only if no creatures are aboard. Items too large to fit remain outside; others are stored inside.
