As an action, speak the command word and blow this horn to unleash a thunderous blast in a 30-ft. cone (audible up to 600 ft.). Creatures in the area must make a DC 15 Con save, taking 5d6 thunder damage and becoming deafened for 1 minute on a fail, or half damage with no deafness on a success. Glass or crystal creatures/objects have disadvantage on the save and take 10d6 damage instead. Each use has a 20% chance to explode, dealing 10d6 fire damage to the user and destroying the horn.
